Weddings: A 30% non-refundable deposit secures your date, and I’ll provide a contract and invoice for peace of mind. Flexible payment plans are also available! A month before your wedding date, payment must be paid in full.
Regular sessions: A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your date, and I’ll provide a contract and invoice for peace of mind. Payment is due the day before session date.
Please check the packages in the wedding guide for travel fees. For engagement sessions, additional travel and studio fees may apply if your location is more than 30 miles from 76018. That’s 70 cents per mile!
Absolutely! A standard retainer is required to secure your booking, but if you’d like to split up the payments, we can definitely work that out. I just ask that everything is paid in full 24 hours before your session for general bookings, and 1 month or latest 3 weeks prior for weddings or elopements.
